HOTELRATESPRO.COM suggests you review the cancellation policy prior to completing a hotel booking. Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel and by inventory providers. Please read them carefully.

Promotional or HOTELRATESPRO.COM Rates - general policies state that your must cancel your reservation by 4 or 6 PM of arrival date, or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to your specified arrival date; however, these are general guidelines and the specific policy of the property will prevail. If you cancel before the deadline, usually you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee. Hotels are now offering special discounts that do require total prepayment, with no cancellations allowed.

Prepaid bookings have stricter cancellation penalties.

Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will apply a cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. If the cancellation is outside of the time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay. Please read the specific cancellation policy provided for each property on the site and in any emails regarding your reservation.

Refund Policy:

All refunds from cancellations, less penalties, are processed directly to your credit card at the time of cancellation. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for you to see the posted transaction on your credit card account.
